Who is NowYoYo?
NowYoYo Limited is a UK-based digital transformation, zero-touch fulfilment and One Touch Switching (OTS) company that has been operating since 2014. Switching for Business is a trading name of NowYoYo. We come from telecoms and we serve only this industry.
What we do
NowYoYo operates as a Managed Access Provider, connecting Communications Providers to the UK switching ecosystem and running the message exchange, orchestration and compliance machinery on their behalf. Our business switching platform is called RoaR. Before GPLB we delivered One Touch Switching to a number of large, well-known UK Communications Providers.
In the live ecosystem
NowYoYo completed onboarding with TOTSCo for business switching in August 2025 and exchanges live business switching messages across the TOTSCo Hub, as well as peer-to-peer over the Connected Services Framework with other Managed Access Providers. Running on both transports means interoperability is validated in practice, and that a CP connecting through us reaches either route without integrating directly.
How Communications Providers work with us
We support fully integrated enterprise API solutions with Kafka available for high-volume exchange, whitelabelled solutions for major providers and partners, and hybrid swivel-chair GUI interfaces with APIs for smaller providers. The platform is designed around long-term integration needs, so efficiency improves and cost-to-serve falls as an organisation's maturity grows.
